Amma, you call me!!!

I can feel you in my soul!!!

It has been just about a year since I found myself wisked into her arms!!! Amidst a crowd so full of people just waiting to be in your arms. Even though I hold a ticket in my hand, marking my time when I get into line, I know that when you embrace me and bless me, I am not just a number. I am a part of you and all the divine around you.

And now a year later I wait to return to your arms!!! I wait for the moment when your heart will beat next to my cheek and I can feel the beat of your heart!!

And breathe as that beat of your heart fills me with divine love!!!

I am still learning what my guru is and how you manage to fill my life. From the moments I am feeling so far from you and my connection, to the time when I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are there, right next to me. Pushing me gently forward.

I love you and all you do for me.

And I am waiting to return to you again in just a few!!!

You are Like Rivers…

I wanted to share this wonderful thought from Amma.

“You are not little ponds where water stagnates and gets dirtier with time; you are rivers that should flow for the benefit of the world. You are not meant to suffer; you are meant to experience bliss!!

This past Tuesday I went back into the arms of my guru and now she calls to me loudly again. just a day later, I long to be back into the arms of bliss. Someone asked me why??? Why do you go through so much for a hug? To explain would be really impossible, it is only that the moment in Amma’s arms you are immersed in Bliss. But that alone means different things to each person. Bliss is undefinable, like love it means different things to each person.

What is your bliss??? Wanna find out… get into the arms of Amma and awaken into your bliss.

A Visit with Amma

Friday Evening I went to spend the night with my guru, Ammachi, in Marlborough, Mass. Her Devi Bahva is an amazing experience. A lot happened that evening… validation after validation. Right from the messages she gave to us.

Messages about forgiveness. To contact those around us who need to be healed and forgiven. This can heal the world. Just before this message was given on Friday I had been in contact with and old love, who needed my forgiveness. Thanks Amma, for the inspiration.

And learning tons about myself and where I need to let go, to open my own heart and let people in to be loved. Being a healer, or spiritual guide of sorts can often lead one to be closed and strong constantly. Sometimes we forget that we need to be vulnerable as well. To be healed and cleared of all that we may carry.

I asked to open to the next step for me. And it is a journey. But one I am willing to face. I think it is time to not let everyone see me as strong all the time. Maybe it is time to let the vulnerable Lauren out so all can see.

I thank my loving guru for being so wonderfully filled with Bliss, and teaching me that Bliss is real. Not some made up pipe dream. For letting me step back and breathe, for one moment, in the craziness of our lives, and remember what we all came here for to begin with.
