Curve Balls

Times they are a changing. Once in a while, we all know… life throws a curve ball. Although tonight it would seem for the Red Sox, that curve ball or no, they are on their game. Four home runs, in a row, in the same inning. It has been years since they have achieved this… an exciting moment for a Red Sox Fan.

But for me, curve balls are different. Although I am successful as a psychic/medium, I still have yet to be successful enough to stand on my own two feet, financially. In the meantime, I have connections to the real world to keep me moving, money wise. I still have rent to pay, and food I need to eat.

Yet, I have always been one who will not take abuse. This past week, my real world job has pushed me a little too far. Professionally, I am the director of a fairly well known dating service, and I am in charge of the local area branch. It has been an interesting job to say the least. I could write a book alone on all the crazy things I hear about in this place. Just the stories of the poor desperate souls who desire to find love. Most of which are not even near ready for a relationship, but yet we promise to change their world for the better. We are the bandage that can help those bleeding souls.

Needless to say, the job can be taxing… but what is even more demanding is the corporate headquarters behind the scenes. The pushing and demanding to make money, but yet not willing to support my team when I need help. Frustrating!!! These people work in an office on the other side of the country and they expect so mush out of people they have never met, nor care about their problems.

I find it interesting that every time I ask for help, no one will return my phone calls. But when they want to bitch, they have no problem finding the phone then!!!

My last straw came on Friday. Just one email too many, complaining, and before I knew it. I was at the keyboard of my computer, typing and sending a letter of resignation. I hit the send key and then panicked. What am I doing? How am I going to survive?

Now a few days later, I am over the panic. They accepted my letter of resignation before I could even think about what I had done. It is amazing how sometimes things just take over. My heart in that moment wanted out of this game. And before I could even THINK about it, I was just doing it. Following my heart, like it was a natural process. I still don’t know where I am going next, but I do know that it doesn’t matter. My heart must’ve known there is something coming down the pike for me, or I don’t think I would have been able to do that.

The moral of the story… Sometimes, when things happen on the spur of the moment, when your heart just takes over… it is better to let it have control. I don’t yet know where I am going, but I can tell you that I have not been this happy in months… my heart must know something I don’t…. it usually does!!

Spring Has Sprung… Have You??

Cabin Fever… it is driving me insane. As I sit here in my office at work, writing this entry, I desire to be outside, running around, on this beautiful, warm day in

New England.  For those of us who have been living in New England, we have experienced one of the strangest winters that I can remember in my 31 years. Not too much snow, and tons of freezing cold. I don’t know about you, but for me… the freezing cold is not worth it, unless there is tons of snow to go along with it. It is for that reason alone I have chosen to stay in

New England. However, warmer climates are looking good right now if I cannot have my snow!!! 

But I di-gress, the importance of this entry is to talk about the Spring Equinox this time around. And even though the Equinox has already passed us a few days ago… it is not to late to take advantage of the moving energies at this time. What does all this mean? What can you do to step into the fresh air feeling that comes with Spring? One of the first things I do on a beautiful and warm spring day is open all the windows to my apartment and let the fresh air come in and liven the energy in my place.   Do the same to your soul. Open all the doors and windows to your soul and let the freshness clear away the cob webs that have developed this summer. Let the fresh air fill your soul on all levels, “freshening up” all the energy around you. This is as easy as taking a moment in the sun, close your eyes, spread your arms wide, and breathe deep. As you do this, imagine the wind whipping around you and taking away all the gunk from your auric body. 

This will help you to start off with a new fresh feeling all around. Like the stale energy in our house our bodies can also become stale with energy if you do not move. As an energy worker, I sometimes call a friend I feel may be in need of healing and offer to do a session on them… Only because sometimes I have not moved energy in so long, my chakra’s and other energy centers begin to feel clogged. So volunteering to help someone, also helps me to exercise this movement. The same goes for all of you. People begin to get more active this time if year… not only because it is warm and we want to be outside, but also because your body, life vehicle, needs to reconnect with nature to refuel, recharge and help to get the spring back into your step. 

Other things we begin to do is, clean the house. As a physical exercise, we pull out all stops. “Spring Cleaning” is a BIG deal. Move the furniture, rearrange things, take down all the drapes and wash them… when places get locked up for months at a time, a lot of dust can collect and it is time to get rid of it all. My grandmother would even change the colors in the house to more light and vibrant colors, as opposed to the darker variations that she would use in the fall and winter.  Likewise, I invite you again to “Spring Clean” the soul. Take some time to meditate over the year so far. You may have had some dreams and visions of things you would like to see happen this year. Take some time to assess your place so far. How close are you to making these things happen? How many have you not even started yet? And maybe, for the super go getters, you have some goals to cross off your list. This is a good time to organize, rearrange and get rid of the goals and visions that you are working on. Clean them up and reevaluate where your energy now needs to go…  

The moment to 2007 is only going upward. Time now will never get slower again, we are only going to be moving faster. Be willing to let go of dreams that are just not feasible yet, and work towards the one that are. Doors will open to other dreams when it is their time. So no dreams ever go unforgotten by spirit. Your time now if valuable, and even more so… take time out these next few months for friends and family. And like this is not getting repetitive enough… take care of you.  A client once asked me the other day, “Why are “they”(spirit) always asking me to take care of myself. I hear this in every reading or healing session I go to… when am I even going to have taken enough care of myself”  

The answer: “Never, you can never take to much care of yourself, and you will always be hearing spirit to keep telling you to do more.” Maybe if we all took this time out for ourselves… we would be in a much better space overall. 

And as always, I ask that you take a moment today to think about the earth, Gaia. Take a moment in everyday to do something wonderful for her. Even if that means you stop to selflessly pick up a piece of trash on your way into work. Or your surround her with healing light in prayer. There is no one on this earth who needs healing more than she does. For centuries, we have dug into her, tapped her veins for blood to keep us warm, torn her children from the earth to make paper and products for our survival… the least we can do is send her some love.   Enjoy your Spring Cleaning Rainbow Blessings

Everyone is talking about it… Even Oprah… but are you getting it yet.

If you haven’t… it is time you do!! It has a lot do with changing the world, starting with yourself first.

So what is the Secret. It is a really great documentarty about the law of attatraction and how you can manifest things in your life. Simply by changing your thought about the space you are in, you can begin to manifest a better life for yourself.

I have been using the secret so far for litterally only a few days. I showed it to my girls here in the office as a way to build self-esteem and teamwork. I work for a commissioned based dating service and litterally just after watching the movie, my girls booked more appointments than they have in weeks.

It is working so well, that we actually have people calling us to book appointments to come and see us, and as I write this we are meeting with the first walk-in client since watching the movie. So having just barely put The Secret to work, has already shown results here in my office.

For my personal life, my boyfriend is already thinking more positive and reminding me to keep my thoughts positive, which is a switch for us. And I was chanting to myself, yesterday afternoon that “money flows to me frequently and easily” and within minutes, I recieved a call from a client wanting to book a session.

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for months now to the point where it takes all my strength to get up in the morning. Last night I was writing down all the things that I am grateful for in my life, one being a whole and compete body, I was able to get out of bed with MUCH less pain than I have in a long time.

And I am only getting started. Now it is your turn to give it a try.!!!

Be Proactive in 2007!!

As we wind down to the last few hours of 2006, I know that I am not the only one who is glad to see this year come to an end. In a way it is a good thing that we have created the “turning of the year” so-to-say. This marks a time when we change our thinking and use this transitional moment to change our thoughts about the year to come and focus on new goals and changes we want to make in our lives.

And although I think New Years Resolutions can be crap, as many cannot seem to get through the first week on a new diet, or quitting smoking. But if you are into the momentum of making such a resolution, then think about this as food for thought when creating the resolution so you don’t set yourself up to fail in the first moments of the year.

Since our thoughts are creative, I invite you to think of PROACTIVE as your motto for 2007. Since this is the year of completion, think in terms of what goals you need to finish so that you can open doors for new and exciting adventures in your life.

Stop sitting around and waiting for the world to come to you, or playing the victim in your life, as though the world is hitting you by storm and there is nothing you can do about it.

YOU, are the creator of your life, and only YOU can make things happen. Become proactive in your thinking. Make the first move. Get off your ass and do something rather than becoming a product of the world around.

Ang while you are at it, stop and do something wonderful for Gaia once in awhile. Rather than seeing the litter on the ground and hoping that someone may be kind enough to clean it up, become proactive and pick it up yourself. You will recieve great love and rewards for such simple and easy acts of kindness to the earth.

Rather than thank your angels for answering you call for help, be proactive and thank them when immediately after you ask for help. Even though they may not have already delivered the package of assistance in that moment, you will be showing a true act of faith in knowing that you will be taken care of. This will allow the flow of support to be of grace and ease. The knowing in your heart will create this wonderful abundance of energy as there is not greater thanks than that of truly knowing the angels have your back!!

And finally for the end of 2006. For me personally, there have been many people I love who have had to take a back seat in my life at the end of this year, and some new amazing connections are brewing a promise of growth in a new directions. I finally feel as though I have come to a pinnacle transition in my own life that will lead to some amazing new directions spiritually. To those who have taken a step back in your life, send them love and support that they to will be open to find what makes them happy, and send constant healing to the cords between you so that when the timing is right, they will happily make their way back to you healed and ready to connect.

Are you having a hard time trying to figure out what you are giving for Holiday Presents?

Who isn’t?

Well how about something wonderfully inexpensive… actually free to give and will pack the biggest punch.

In a channeling I did the other evening with Arch Angel Ariel. Hugs are in this season. And are worth more than anything money can buy. Why? Well there are so many people in the world right now feeling unloved. Mostly by thier own choice. And the true way to show someone how much you love them, is not in the price on the tag of the present. But in the amount of love you embrace them with.

In this day and age we are getting to concerned with material items, that people get killed in the frenzy to buy the new and coolest present so that they can be loved for their accomplishment. Rather we need to turn the definition of the Holidays around and bring it back to the orginal idea of just being with your family and being grateful that you have family. Giving your children the lastest in games and toys does not show you how much you are blessed to have these angels in your life. It only teaches them that they can get what they want for the Holidays.

Time to bring the original ideals back to this special time of year. The real reason why so many people are losing their love for the holidays is the pressure to get that materialistic item that says “I love you…. see how much I love you… do you know what I had to go through to get this for your because I love you!!!”  Conditions, Conditions.

Why does love have to come at such a high cost when the universe gives it to us for free everyday…????

Food for thought! Maybe you can save yourself some, money, headaches and stress. Bring your holiday back to the true meaning. Just enjoy those in your life because they are in your life. Embrace them. It is priceless and means more than any present you can give.

I Need Forgiveness

I need to take a moment with my Blog here and be selfish. To talk about some personal things in my life that I need to address.

I have found 2006 to be a very interesting year… and one of the common themes that has been coming out in a lot of my sessions with clients, is that nothing is what it seems to be this year. And this has been in reference to people in specific. That people are not who they say they are.

So in the movement of 2006 for me, I have encountered many situations with close loved ones in which there has been a lot of hurt and betrayal. Moments of intense sadness as a few close loved ones have had to step away from me, and me from them. And even though I have tried to reach out, my hand has been swatted away. For me personally, this has been quite the challenge. To be in a place where someone would refuse my assistance. I have to admit this hurts my ego. I never thought someone would look at ME that way.

So after some evaluation of this situation, I have come to see that there must have been something I have done to cause hurt and harm to these people, causing them to pull away and be silent or hidden.

So now I ask for Forgiveness from all that I may have done to cause harm to those I loved. Knowing that my actions were not to consciously cause harm. However, it amazes me how sometimes we can cause harm without intentioning it. It is time for me to start anew. To pay more attention to the things I say and do. Learning that I have the power to help someone grow and to help them trip and fall.

I used to have this wonderful Manager while I was working as a Traffic Manager years ago in Marketing. She believed that the better I did as an Employee, the better she did. She was very proactive in helping me grow as a Manager and as a person.

Now that I have stepped into a position much like hers, with wonderful Employees working for me, her words ring in my head. Being as proactive as I can be for my peeps has helped them find the motivation we need as a team to make this company I work for, successful.

A philosophy I need to carry into all aspects of my life. Being positive and proactive towards all the people I have surrounding me in my life will only help support them for growth and thus I can grow to. Not only do we need to have our personal gardens of manifestation, but we need to see all the flowers around us bloom so that we all can be a beautiful garden together.

So asking to be forgiven, even if you are not sure what for, will only help you to clear the “Karma” around you that may be building up without your knowledge.

The Power of Positive

How many times have you heard… it is time to think positive?

Do you know how many times people try to tell me they are, and them immediately throw out a negative comment? Talk about contradiction.

I have been there myself. People telling me it is time to think positive about things, and I threw out the “ya ya ya… blah, blah, blah…” stuff myself.

And I have been in those holes in your life so deep that the only way out sometimes feel like just ending it all.

But believe you me, positive thinking really does make a difference. And doing things for yourself is the second piece of that. You have got to be willing to do things for yourself and get proactive in your life if you are sitting in a slump and you want things to change.

Start with an easy positive thought. Make a really easy goal for you to achieve and then go from there. Praying to spirit for help is a good way to get the positive going. They are going to open doors for you, but you have got to be willing to take a step through the door.

And even better, why not think positive about yourself? Don’t wait for someone in the world to come and pick you up! Why? Look around. How many people can pick themselves up, let alone you? Exactly!!!!

When you speak nagatively about youself and the things that you are doing, you keep yourself stuck in a rut. And you also create an energy around you that not many people would want to get involved in. The world is already so negative that people shy away from hearing it. They do not want to have to sit and listen to more of it. If you have a sunny personality and speak highly about the things you do and the projects you put together, people will be more attracted to what you have to offer. Why? Because they are already floating in their own negativity, that anything positive is going to make things better for them!!! And for you to.

Don’t just listen to me, try it out!!! I have, and it has made a tremendous difference in my life in just a few months. Tremendous!!!!!!

And it becomes infectious.

ThanksGiving

What more is there to be thankful for than LOVE!!!

In my channeling of Sophia, the goddess of wisdom, she spoke much about LOVE. Understanding the amount of energy of Love streaming on the planet today. And how that is going to be affecting our lives.

She mentioned that the “doorway is open” and has been for sometime. There is much love pouring in from above, onto our planet right NOW. All we have to do is take it in. Accept it into the core of our being. Holding ourselves worthy of such love. And to help love ourselves a little more each day.

So during this special holiday I can grateful for love. The love I have for spirit. A love that can be very confusing and frustrating when I am not feeling worthy, but can raise me to the highest highs when I need it the most.

I am grateful for the love spirit has towards me. Never without a thought have they not loved me. Never have they stopped loving me. Always, with the most powerful of unconditional love that exists on the planet.

I am grateful of course for all the wonderful beings in my life. To my family and friends, my brothers and sisters (all of these being my dearest of friends, of course.)

To all the amazing spiritual beings on the planet who have crossed my path, some of which have moved on, and to those who are still standing by me through think and thin.

To my journey in this life, I am grateful. The amazing things I have seen and done, and learned from. And the continuing of this journey through this life till my time is done.

I am grateful for all things, right down to all the colors in the rainbow.

I send my loving gratitude to all beings of world. May they all be happy.

This is the time. The doorway, and that time is right now as we head into the biggest doorway of the year. 11.11.2006

I see this combination a lot and know that this is a powerful combination of numbers that signify moments in which the energy transfers, from one space to another.

Different doorways open during this time, but it is good time to spend a moment in the connection of light that happens during this special alignment.

On the 11:11 we have even more time to spend and bath in the light and love of spirit. The doorway opens, allowing us to charge, refill and connect to those energies that are for our highest good.

Take time on this special day and also set an intention for the next step. Take a moment to reflect on what you have been trying to manifest and pull those thoughts together, and ask for support.

It takes inspiration, motivation and devotion.

The Signs

Just when you think you are not in the flow, spirit can really change your course of plans. And they do. Today was a day in which a good friend of mine and I decided to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon out and about. Not really doing much of anything except wandering around.

On our drive, during this cold and blistery day, we were detoured, literally, by several roadblocks. On the way through our detours, we found a lost puppy and were able to return it to mom. Much to the dismay of my wonderful friend who has been badly wanting a puppy of his own. I knew inside, he wanted to take the puppy home, yet he also knew that we just could not take it away from its mother.

And we also saw our first snow flakes of the oncoming cold season that we go through here in New England often.

Wonderful things happen, even on the dreariest, most tired of days. And I thank spirit for reminding me that when we are open to see the signs, they are there, right in front of us… just waiting.

The angel card I pulled today was Archangel Gabriel, with the healing gift of Divine Direction. Yet again, how appropriate.
